Prescott Real Estate Development has announced the launch of a new residential project in the Al Furjan community in Dubai. The $38m Prime Residency III will feature 292 luxury apartments split between studios and one-bedroom units.

According to a statement, the development is designed to bring together the unique concept of engaging amenities and facilities under one roof to continue the group’s legacy in Dubai. The project’s unique design concept and community living experience make it the perfect choice for first-time homebuyers looking to build or raise a family, and investors, it stated.

“Our focus has always been to create unparalleled living experiences for our customers. All of our projects adhere to three foundational pillars that are the cornerstone of our success: Prime Quality, Prime Location, and Prime Privileges. Our latest project is no different. We are committed to making affordable luxury living possible for everyone. We look forward to welcoming new residents as they find a place to call home, and lay down their roots,” said CEO Muhammad Shafi.

The developer notes that it will be the first to bring the smart homes design concept to Al Furjan. The modern, smart-homes are said to offer a great blend of affordability and luxury, which the developer says makes them the best choice for anyone who wants to partake in Dubai’s lifestyle.

In addition to key amenities such as a swimming pool, kids’ pool, and gym, the project offers a residents’ lounge for casual meetups and get-togethers, a rooftop garden, and a tastefully crafted outdoor sitting area, the statement concluded.
