Knight Frank Middle East has announced the continued strengthening of its UAE StratCon Advisory (Real Estate Strategy, Healthcare and Education) teams across the Middle East and Africa, assembling a strong team of leading industry experts, with more than 50 years of culminative experience.

In a statement, the real estate advisory firm said that the teams are spearheaded by one of the Senior Partners at the firm Shehzad Jamal, who has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance (equity & intangible asset valuation and restructuring), real estate and alternative asset segments. Shehzad has undertaken assignments in various geographies including GCC countries, Egypt, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Kenya and UK.

Having successfully established the firms’ Middle East Healthcare and Education departments in the market, Jamal also now leads the firm’s UAE Real Estate Advisory business, supported by a robust team which has gone from strength to strength, even in challenging market conditions over the last 18 months.
