A $817 million deal has been inked by Azizi Developments to procure kitchen fixtures and appliances from Franke. The developer notes the move aims to add a premium, unique touch of refinement to the designs at Riviera’s phases 1 & 2 and Creek Views.
According to a statement, Franke was selected due to its high-quality materials and products, its distinguished designs, as well as its unbeatable service.

Riviera is located near the under development Meydan One Mall and the Meydan Racecourse, and has been designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai. The developer notes that the project represents a new landmark that will add differentiated value to the real estate landscape.
Overlooking Dubai Healthcare City, Creek Views offers panoramic views of the Dubai Creek and the Downtown Dubai skyline. The developer notes that the project has all major business, leisure and retail hubs in its vicinity.
