Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing has announced the launch of Park View, a 280,000 sqm. residential community featuring 484 homes. The project is being developed under the Sakani programme of the housing ministry.

Ministry of Housing has said that Park View is one of the projects under construction that it is implementing in partnership with the private sector. The project has a mix of villas and townhouses in the range of 279 sqm to 339sqm, and have been attractively priced starting from $183,856 onwards. They are also available in easy monthly instalments.

Saif bin Salem Al Swailem, a ministry official, said the Sakani programme will continue to pump in more projects and deliver housing units to Saudi families as part of its efforts to boost the percentage of Saudi household ownership to 70% in another 10 years in accordance with the objectives of Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Meanwhile, the Park View units have been put on sale online and all legal formalities for buying these units can be done through the Sakani website. The Ministry has stated that a key attraction for the project is its strategic location in the Aziziyah neighborhood, as it provides green spaces and vital facilities that exceed 54% of the project area and is a competitive advantage within modern designs. In addition to that, the site offers commercial, educational and entertainment services within the environment with complete infrastructure.

Al Swailem added that the Sakani programme aims to serve 300,000 Saudi families this year through its various housing and financing solutions.
