Jabal Omar Development Company (JODC) issued the uniform ownership deed on the company’s project in Makkah on July 16, 2020, a bourse filing from the developer has revealed.
The filing to Saudi Tadawul stated that the ownership deed will boost JODC’s ability to fund current and planned projects, in addition to expansions.
As a major player in the Saudi real estate sector, JODC’s portfolio includes a key multi-use real estate mega development project, Jabal Omar, located within a walking distance of The Grand Mosque.
The ownership deed move comes in line with the company’s strategic restructuring plan, which was put into action early this year
