Bloom Properties has announced that construction work on its mixed-use Bloom Heights project is progressing at full speed, despite the challenges brought about by COVID-19. The developer stated that the project, which is taking shape in Dubai, in Jumeirah Village Circle, is now 68% complete.

According to a statement from the developer, the high-rise tower project features 686 residential apartments ranging from studio to three bedroom units. It is also said to feature world-class amenities including a gym, landscaped pool deck, jogging track, play and barbecue areas.

A company spokesman said that rigorous health and safety measures are in place and work is progressing on the project and at other key sites at a steady pace. He also noted that Bloom Heights will embrace smart technology to transform the way customers experience their workspaces and homes.

The project is said to mark the Abu Dhabi master developer’s first foray into the mid-market housing segment in Dubai.
