The Kuwait Financial Center (Markaz) has launched its ‘Tenant Online Services Portal’ in a bid to provide the highest levels of convenience and ease to its customers. The portal will enable the payment of rents, maintenance requests and renewal of lease contracts.

The high-level services provided through the RENTCafe platform will help tenants save time and effort, and will manage all aspects of the rental process in a safe and secure manner, the company said. The portal will enable tenants to benefit from personal account management services around the clock.

According to a statement, tenants can also update their profiles instantly, view housing balances, and make and schedule rent payments and other fees automatically, as well as receive advertisements and submit maintenance requests.

The portal will also display upcoming community events that will be taking place in their buildings, Markaz noted.
