The Dubai Investments Real Estate Company (DIRC) has announced that work is moving at a steady pace on Multaqa Avenue. The avenue is the third cluster within the developer’s first freehold gated community in Mirdif Hills, Dubai. 80% of the construction has already been completed, DIRC said.

According to a statement, work on the second cluster, Nasayem Avenue, is complete and residents are expected to move in shortly. Multaqa Avenue is set to be ready by the second quarter of 2020, the DIRC stated.

Residents have started moving into their new two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments in Janayen Avenue, the first cluster within the group’s freehold gated community Mirdif Hills, the developer pointed out.

Commenting on the project, DIRC general manager Obaid Mohammed Al Salameh said, “The onset of the new life at the Janayen Avenue cluster marks the beginning of Mirdif’s freehold lifestyle. Mirdif Hills is an ideal amalgamation of amenities truly reflecting the attributes of a mixed-use development. The completion of Multaqa, designed to be one of the most active hubs within the development with its hospitality and retail elements will culminate Mirdif Hills stature as a complete mixed-use luxurious living space in Mirdif.”

Mirdif Hills is spread across some 3.9m sqft and, once complete, will feature 1,500 apartments, a four-star hotel with 116 keys and 128 serviced apartments besides a 230-bed hospital.
