Abu Dhabi real estate developer Imkan has launched Le Carrousel, a mixed-use project on the corniche of the coastal city of Rabat in Morocco.
Spanning over 100,000sqm, the new project will include an outdoor mall with more than 120 shops and restaurants, over 200 residential seaside apartments, a waterfront with 36 promenade shops, a five-star hotel and 12,000sqm of office space.
Le Carrousel is expected to create more than 1,100 jobs once it is fully operational, Imkan added. The area will also be home to the new five-star Le Carrousel hotel, with 123 rooms
