Deyaar Development has expanded its portfolio of offerings with the launch of Nationwide Management. The firm focuses on the supply, management and retrofit of utility management systems across buildings and communities.

The new company offers services that complement Deyaar’s existing business portfolio and is said to already be serving 21 projects. The firm offers solutions including utilities (chilled water) submetering and billing services, as well as car park management, the statement said.

The launch of Nationwide Management is the result of recognising the need for specialised technology solutions that deliver specifically to the requirements of building owners. This is an exciting new venture and we wish to embrace more of technology for product and service delivery to meet the ever-growing needs and wants of customers,” said Deyaar CEO Saeed Al Qatami.

Deyaar notes that Nationwide will be delivering customer convenience by relying on smart technology, which enable remote monitoring and trend analysis based on big data.

The new company will also provide monitoring of each of the chilling unit utility (BTU) meters to identify, rectify, bill in the event of failure of any of the meters. The timeline for such processes would be cut from 2-4 days to just 2-4 hours, Deyaar said.
