Emaar has announced the launch of ‘South Beach’, a premium residential beach project at Emaar Beachfront offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

The Dubai-based property developer also unveiled ‘Ease by Emaar’ – a streamlined short-term rental concept that will provide ‘travellers’ with homes to stay in Emaar’s integrated communities.

‘South Beach’ will be the first waterfront development to be listed on ‘Ease by Emaar’.

According to a statement by Emaar, the new short-term rental availability will offer guests premium lifestyle experiences in the city, along with housekeeping amenities, a digital mobile concierge, on-demand Google Smart Home devices and an ‘Ease Pass’ which will provide offers and access to attractions around the city.

Meanwhile, the developer stated that investors in the development will have the option to let ‘Ease by Emaar’ manage their property at no additional cost for the first three-years post-completion, as well as an opportunity to fill the market gap for short-term rentals. They can also capitalise on an emerging business model while earning substantial returns, the developer added in the statement.
