The second cluster of residential homes at Emaar’s Creek Beach District in Dubai is being led by SSH. The firm’s scope of work on the ‘Sunset’ cluster as lead consultant includes serving as architectural partner, structural engineer and providing building services.
According to a statement, the district will be built in two phases covering a total GFA of approximately 343,700sqm.
Sunset is a collection of waterfront homes at Creek Beach. It comprises one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, which are said to be closer to the beach than any other building in the district. The homes are said to offer private gardens, resort-style amenities and waterfront views.
Creek Beach District is being designed as an urban city and will deliver a lifestyle experiences unlike any other in Dubai, the statement said. The development is located next to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife sanctuary.
