Located south of the Al Falah area, the project is next to the Abu Dhabi-Al Ain (Sweihan – Al Hayer) E20 highway and is being implemented over a 2.2 million sqm area in collaboration with Abu Dhabi City Municipality.

The scope of work includes construction of internal roads and infrastructure to serve 739 plots, including 657 for residential purposes, seven for commercial purposes, 17 for government and 58 for utilities.

These also include community and recreative plots in the Al Shamkha area in respect of sectors SH30, SH31, SH32, SH33 and SH34 over a 226-acre area, a statement from Musanada outlined.

Infrastructure works such as electricity, water sanitation, street lighting, storm water drainage and telecommunications will be a part of the project, it added.

The works on the project are fully compliant with eco-sustainability requirements, inline with the highest international standards, it concluded.
