Lootah Real Estate Development hands over ‘The Waves’

Lootah Real Estate Development has announced the ‘on-time handover’ of its residential project, ‘The Waves’. Located in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle, the project is said to cater to the ‘essential requirements of communities, while ensuring the very highest standards of living’.

The handover ceremony took place earlier today and was attended by the developer’s senior management and key stakeholders.

“We are pleased to announce the handover of our latest residential property in Jumeirah Village circle, The Waves, which provides a beautiful, self-contained environment for residents. We take pride in honoring our promises and completing our projects on time, while providing our investors and end users with the very highest standards of living,” said Saleh Abdullah Lootah, executive director of Lootah Real Estate Development.

The project comprises two buildings offering 135 units split between studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as loft apartments. It is also said to feature a grand lobby, swimming pool, gymnasium and covered parking spaces.
