Deyaar Development is set to open its first four-star hotel at the end of this year in partnership with Millennium Hotels & Resorts at the Business Bay.

The hotel is part of a mixed-use twin tower complex that consists of The Atria (residential tower) and the Millennium Atria Business Bay (hotel apartment).

With an area of over 0.13 million sqm, the 31-storey hotel apartment is composed of 347 apartments, including studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom duplex units. The hotel’s facilities include restaurants, a sports bar, an infinity pool, a spa, a gymnasium, a kids’ club and a cinema terrace.

The hotel apartment includes a retail area of 1021.9 sq. m, F&B outlets and fine dining restaurants of about 278.7 sqm.

The residential tower of the development comprises of 219 units over 30 floors, including one to three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplexes, and four-bedroom penthouses, for which Deyaar had started handing the keys since July 2018.
