Azizi Developments, a privately-owned real estate developer based in the UAE, has said that it is set to deliver nine major projects across a variety of locations in Dubai, starting from now until 2025.
Mirwais Azizi, group chairman, said that the developer currently has more than 200 projects at different stages of development. Speaking while presenting the company’s project development strategy to Sultan Butti bin Mejren, the director general of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Marwan bin Ghalita, CEO of Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), he highlighted the company’s hand-over projects and those in the pipeline that are set for delivery.
In addition, Azizi also discussed the company’s detailed construction timelines and future showcases.
“We are actively demonstrating our commitment to deliver our projects on time which has helped us earn a reputation of trust and goodwill in the real estate sector among our customers,” remarked Azizi, in a statement released by Azizi Developments.
“Our project portfolio aims to introduce unique properties and world-class communities befit for a city that continues to raise the bar as one of the best places in the world to work and reside.
“By presenting our portfolio to DLD and RERA, we consolidate our promise to handover our projects on time and at the highest global standards,” he added.
