Nshama has announced Rawda 2, a new residential project consisting of four towers, which will be built within the 750-acre Town Square Dubai development.

Rawda 2’s towers will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and will offer residents access to the development’s Reel Cinemas cineplex according to a statement from the developer. The project is also in close proximity to the retail precinct, which is said to offer 500 retail and food and beverage (F&B) outlets in addition to a variety of leisure attractions.

Town Square Dubai is already home to residents, with Nshama CEO Fred Durie noting that the cycling track is a popular outdoor pursuit.

“We have put in place a robust infrastructure including one of the largest district cooling facilities serving the community and work on the Town Square Central Park is progressing at brisk pace. Rawda 2 apartments have a prime place in Town Square, set by the park, with homes opening to green, landscaped vistas, and residents stepping out to a vibrant lifestyle hub,” said Durie.

According to Durie, the launch of Rawda 2 comes at an exciting phase in the evolution of Town Square Dubai, which has already handed over its first homes, the Zahra townhouses. Several other residential communities within the development are expected to be handed over in the coming months including the Hayat Townhouses.
