Sharjah-based real estate developer ARADA has unveiled the Anber Community, which is part of the developer’s 2.2sq-km Aljada master-planned megaproject. The community will feature a mix of two, three and four bedroom villas and townhouses.

84 homes will go up for sale in the coming days and the developer says the community is located close to the heart of the Aljada development, in proximity to the entertainment and leisure centre, the Central Hub. According to ARADA, the villas and townhouses in the Anber Community will feature extensive gardens and access to a lush, landscaped private park.

Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, chairman of ARADA, said, “In just a few short weeks, Aljada has seen exceptional sales, thanks in no small part to the support that the project has received from the highest levels of the Government of Sharjah. We are delighted at the reception Aljada has witnessed from the local community, and look forward to delivering on our promise to create Sharjah’s newest and most exciting destination.”

Since Aljada was announced, ARADA says that over 500 units in Phase 1 have already been snapped up by buyers. Construction on the project is expected to begin in Q1 of 2018, with deliveries taking place in phases starting in 2019.
