Dubai’s Damac awards $11m contract for infra works

The Dubai developer Damac says it has awarded Proscape LLC a contract worth AED 40 million ($11m) for the roads and infrastructure works at Vardon cluster within Akoya Oxygen.

Mohammed Tahaineh, Senior Vice President for Commercial at Damac Properties, said: “We are pleased to award the roads and infrastructure works at Vardon cluster within AKOYA Oxygen to Proscape, one of Dubai’s premier landscaping and infrastructure contractors.

“At the heart of our efforts lies our commitment to a high-standard of development and finishing works across the various components that make up our projects; from roads and infrastructure within our communities to the buildings and interior finishes. Our desire to maintain high quality standards is evident through the appointment of such contractors, which offer focused expertise tailored to the development works at hand.”
