Draw Link Group, the Dubai-based architecture and design firm, has announced its expansion into Europe following the launch of operations in Athens, Greece.

The move comes as part of the firm’s expansion strategy, with the newly established office in the Greek capital likely to pave the way into winning new hospitality ventures in the region, while also supporting existing projects underway in the UAE.

“As we make our ten-year mark in 2018, we are keen on establishing our presence in Europe, to develop and expand our design capacity and capabilities in the region,” said Daousser Chennoufi, founder and key architect of the Draw Link Group

“The Greek market has been home to high-quality design and architecture in recent times, and we look forward to pursuing the market and bringing its diverse influence to our projects in the UAE”, added Chennoufi.

Draw Link Group’s offices in Greece will be staffed by eight employees supporting various Dubai based projects, with future goals including increasing the prospects of hospitality ventures in the region.

Founded in 2008, the firm specializes in design and architecture for hospitality and luxury residences, offering services from concept creation up to fit out and management support. Headquartered in Dubai, Draw Link Group have offices in Shanghai, Tunis and Minsk, and now in Greece.

Draw Link Group’s interests include architecture, interiors, projects and technical works divisions. The company is behind projects such as the InterContinental Hotel Dubai Marina, Hues Boutique Hotel, Radisson Royal Hotel, Roberto’s Restaurant, among many others.

Apart from being the CEO of Draw Link Group, Chennoufi is also the concept creator and partner of HUES Hotels and Resorts, Dubai and responsible for the design and concept development of the hotels and resort properties group. DLG has offices in the UAE, Qatar, Tunisia, China and Belarus.
