The Dubai-listed property developer Damac says it is launching a new series of villas at its Akoya Oxygen community.
The ‘Akoya Play’ properties will have three bedrooms and be set around a “one-of-a-kind” water park, Damac said in a statement.
Priced at AED 1,050,000 ($285,000) with a payment plan spanning three and a half years, they go on sale today.

Akoya Oxygen is also home to an 18-hole championship golf course by Tiger Woods Design.
