Imdaad, a provider of integrated facilities and environment services in the GCC, is throwing the spotlight on its portfolio of services.

Jamal Abdullah Lootah, CEO at Imdaad, said the company uses eco-friendly equipment to maintain sustainable practices across all its operations.

The company says that this kind of integrated facilities management systems not only provides accurate information but also helps save money, time and is also good for the environment.

“We have a BMS [building management system] which gives you information about something if there’s a problem in the building. It’s almost like having a dashboard in a car that monitors different aspects and gives you details of it,” said Lootah.

“What we’re trying to do is link a particular building with our control room which will in turn provide us with information and predict a problem before it happens,” he added.

Lootah also believes that with a high number of mega structures across the Middle East, demand for key facilities management services will increase.
